Administrative Manager

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree, fluent in both English and Chinese. Candidates with a background in administrative management, secretarial studies, or related fields are preferred.
  2. At least 1-2 years of administrative work experience in Dubai.
  3. Proficient in using various office software applications.
  4. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong sense of responsibility, capable of handling tasks independently.
  6. Strong communication skills, a team player, and able to work under pressure.
  7. Warm, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, patient, with good coordination skills.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for the overall coordination of company-related administrative tasks.
  2. Oversee human resource management, develop HR policies, and participate in the formulation of the company’s HR development strategy.
  3. Attract, select, and retain talented individuals to ensure quality talent support for the company’s growth.
  4. Represent the company in communications with government agencies to establish a positive external image.
  5. Handle employee work visas, insurance, and related matters.
  6. Collaborate with the operations department to organize various training programs and themed activities to enhance employee engagement with the company.
  7. Safeguard the company seal, and archive important contracts and documents.
  8. Coordinate administrative services, logistics, office facilities, and vehicle management, while providing relevant statistical data for the company.
  9. Facilitate communication between departments, ensuring logistical support.
  10. Manage the company’s important qualifications and certificates, handling the annual renewals and inspections required.
  11. Maintain awareness of the leadership’s schedule and manage appointments for visitors, as well as perform other related tasks.
