Customer Service Representative

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, any major is acceptable, but marketing, advertising, and design majors are preferred.
  2. Proficient in using office software; priority will be given to candidates who can use Ps (Photoshop), AI (Adobe Illustrator), and Dreamweaver.
  3. Fluent in English, patient, cheerful, with strong communication and expression skills.
  4. Quick thinker with a strong sensitivity to internet trends.
  5. Diligent, strong execution ability, and a team player.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Answer calls related to various brand skills, providing timely and accurate responses to customers based on the knowledge base, and delivering standard services.
  2. Quickly grasp new company policies and services, proactively promote the company’s activities and new services during phone interactions.
  3. Handle customer service requests and complaints, accurately record complaint details, and generate electronic service tickets for issues requiring assistance from other departments, forwarding them to the appropriate personnel.
  4. Assist in organizing internal training materials and participate in various training sessions to improve overall competence.
  5. Record issues that are not covered by the knowledge base and actively collect information on mobile services. Continuously learn new business knowledge, assist in gathering customer feedback, and propose improvements to service work.
  6. Use multiple communication channels (e.g., phone, SMS, email) to interact with customers to achieve service goals.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolve service issues, and dispatch service orders. Summarize and relay customer suggestions and feedback.
  8. Carefully maintain work logs and communicate unresolved issues to the next point of contact.
  9. Maintain effective communication with various departments.
  10. Regularly check the functionality of computers, reporting any issues and ensuring timely repairs.
