New Media Manager

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, fluent in both English and Chinese.
  2. Candidates with experience in digital commerce, APP operations, or ByteDance-related promotions will be given priority.
  3. At least 3 years of experience in new media operations and 2 years of APP operations management experience.
  4. Strong data analysis skills, familiar with traffic and content display mechanisms on new media platforms, with the ability to understand the logic behind user needs and platform rule changes.
  5. Possess forward-thinking knowledge of new media trends, understand the unique attributes of various self-media platforms, and build tailored operational and management structures.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Fully manage the marketing strategies and operational plans for APP channels, responsible for APP channel performance targets, and oversee the implementation of work plans.
  2. Improve the basic operational capabilities of APP accounts and enhance overall marketing capabilities, progressively achieving a full-chain operation from seeding content, acquiring new users, boosting engagement, and enhancing conversion efficiency.
  3. Develop, execute, monitor, and refine core processes and standards for outsourced operation teams, ensuring fine-tuned management of these teams.
  4. Control and optimize advertising strategies, promotion effectiveness, and business metrics, providing real-time solutions to enhance and improve advertising results.
  5. Focus on various APPs and new media platforms, familiar with content streaming mechanisms, capable of building a new media marketing team, and independently managing project planning and execution, with full network promotion, traffic acquisition, and monetization.
  6. Responsible for talent development, performance evaluation, and team building within the operations team, providing directional guidance and long-term planning for subordinates.
